What's the intended use and budget?

Not sure I would go for a Xigmatek PSU, stick to the known good ones (corsair, seasonic, PC P&C, most OCZ, most antec, enermax etc).

Motherboard looks really expensive but gigabyte is a good brand.

The 4850 is more powerful and cheaper.

DDR3 is a waste of money on a PII system. I would go with a system running ddr2 and use the money saved to upgrade your gpu and psu.
