Default oh noes! new p35 motherboard is coming out

i just recently bought a gigabyte ga-965p-ds3 which is 965 and the p35 is going to overtake it. and the new cpu won't be supported 965 oh no did i waste my money? oh no there is going to be ddr3 which my motherboard also won't support. should i buy a p35 motherboard soon?

CPU: Core 2 Duo E6320 @variable rates (will fix my fan problem soon and overclock high again)
HSF: Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme & Antec Tricool 120mm fan
PSU: Delta Serverpower 550W
HD: Seagate 400GB ST340032AS & Excelstor 80GB (both SATA)
Case: don't know what case it is but it is very crappy
Optical Drive: Lite-on 16X DVD+&- RW DL (died) using a CD-ROM drive until I get a new blu ray burner or whatever i can get

Don't buy it unless you need it. If you were planning on buying a new CPU, you should have bought it in the first place. At this point, just wait until you upgrade since the price will come down and new - better models will be released.

DDR3 isn't mature yet. Cost too much and not very fast.
