its me again and i need some help. i have the nzxt elite case. i also have the gigabyte ga-ex58-ud4p mother board.

the following are the wires i have coming from my case for the front adio:
l-ret mic-in
r-ret mic-power
r-out ground
l-out

also, the following is is the front audio header configurations for the mother board:
