Newb needs upgrade help

Ok so i have 2gig of ram and a NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GS video card. Do i really need to upgrade any of these. The game does feel blotchy at points but at others it runs fine. What would be the more important of the two to fix as well. Also i dont have a huge budget granted i have bills to pay and then age of conan!!! Any opinions would help greatly. Thanks

Two gigs of ram is definitely enough for games. So it's probably the video card that slows you down. What are the other specs of your system? For $130 ($100 after rebate) you could buy for example this 8800GS card, which would make a big difference in performance:
