Meh... That's ok. I actually was torn between going to Micro Center and Fry's ...... Guess I'll try both, sleep on it, THEN buy..... Oh well.
Why would I need a new GPU?? Newest PC games I have are Battlefield 2 which the X1950xt can max out easily, and Call of Duty 4 which I have had more than a year, and haven't installed it... I don't game on my PC much anymore, just my PS3's. I do, however do LOTS of video encoding.... Ripping my DVD library to make it all digital. And re-encoding vids for my iPhone and PSP...
Well, I got the Q9550 installed on Thursday night at about midnight, then the obligatory 2 hours of installing and updating XP.

Well then no need to upgrade then, I just thought you were doing the overhaul for it like you planned a bit back.. my bad
