Default New Tower-Old HD

Question>>getting new tower,has no HD.Installing my HD from my old tower.Should I Re-Format and re-install XP and everything?

yes wouldbe best to get rid of all the drivers if its an oem copy you may have to call up windows and say you just upgraded your mobo so need the key to be reactivated for a reinstall.
