I would get E2160 instead of E2140 because it is only $3 more
Newegg.com - Intel Pentium E2160 Allendale 1.8GHz 1MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - Retail

Your motherboard has onboard video card, so why you want to buy 8400GS ?!

It is the 3100. Those are about the depths of the worst onboard. Also, I have heard all of the E21xx's level out at about 3.0 ghz oc'd.

Yeah, I hear ya. But I did order it that night. I really wanted to spend more on gpu, but I was on a very strict budget of $650. I went way over that with shipping. I am expecting all the parts Friday and will report back then. Thanks for all of you'se guyses help!!!

you could have gotten the ds3l with the e2180 for $155 and clubbit.
they had a promo code, and i think maroon is the one who actually posted it on here.
