I need a new board for my system below, and im gunna buy a new HSF, cause im running the stock fan that came with the chip, and if I have to rip the entire system apart I might as well get a decent HSF. SO my question is, which of these boards is the board I go with, and will this HSF fit the board? And if not, do you recommend something better? (BTW my chip is socket 754, and I dont want to upgrade)

Well, I didn't get a reply, and I had to order the board tonight. So I went with the eVGA board. Not because it was cheap, but because the few reviews it go were excellent, and it looked like an easy trouble free board. Plus one of the reviews mentioned using the Venice 12 Cooler with no contact problems. So a long with the HSF I ordered some Arctic Cleaner, and Arctic Silver 5. The DFI Board was probably the better choice in this instance, but who knows, eVGA is just getting into the Motherboard market, if im lucky their motherboards are just as good as their graphics cards At least I hope.
