I need a PC for my dad - something fast, CPU wise, and average graphics (no games).

I only have a Wizard Mid-Tower ATX Case - MS Blue
Ultra Products - Wizard Mid-Tower ATX Case - MS Blue
I also have a V-Series 500 Watt PSU - Black
Ultra Products - V-Series 500 Watt PSU - Black
I also have a 200GB Maxtor PATA 133 HD, but I don't know where the cables are.
I have the monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc. All I need is the CPU, Mobo, RAM, etc.

Have any suggestions for something less than $250 total, INCLUDING shipping? Ideally, I'd like to make the shipping on the items 0.00, so I can maximize the cash for the products. Of course, that depends on if good products are being shipped for free.
