Default Need help in choosing between RAM

Well he is my question. I am soon going to have the new quad-core the one releasing in January of 2008 and I want it to be one of the best systems. I am probably going to be using it to play games (latest games), some video rendering, some photoshop editing, and other basic usage, and in the future I might want to overclock the processor. I will most likely also have the GeForce 9 Series.

My question is that I am thinking about buying this RAM
Newegg.com - OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

but would it make much more of a difference than this RAM, even though both RAM are 800 Mhz.
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

Thanks for all your help

The OCZ sticks are slightly faster due to lower latency and they should clock higher.
