If you want to play lots of games, and nothing else, get a frickin' console. You'll save yourself a lot of money.

500 bucks won't buy you anything designed for modern gaming. Most it will give you is a decent desktop computer, nothing near a "gaming" computer.

A cheaper gaming PC might run you up to $800 or so at minimal.

A TRUE gaming PC... Well. I'm sure you don't want to take that road if your original budget was $500

yeah thats true!!!

my first pc i built was an intel and that was a mistake cause it fried 1-2 months later so that was $1,000 down the drain!!!

I now have 2 $1,000 computers that i built with AMD processors and they work great!!!

I have 2 19" lcd monitors TOO!!!

I am poor right now!!!

I am working 3 jobs and i am only 16!!!

Just remember AMD kicks Intels *** and you will be fine building your pc!!!
