Default Need help with a build

I am attempting to upgrade a stock model of an HP.

I need advice on a motherboard upgrade, as my current one does not support the new PSU I have purchased (current power pin on the mobo is 12x12)

I need a motherboard that supports AMD 64 X2

Has a 20 or 24 pin power connection

has at least 2 PCI-e slots

and supports at least 4gb of ddr2 ram

I'm on a bit of a budget, so low cost would be great if available.

Thanks a lot guys!

assuming you have socket AM2, as s939 will not support DDR2:

ok then... there were (at one point) a couple of mob's that did have the capability to use BOTH type but not sure now if you can get them...

but if you have S939 then:

Socket 939, DDR2 RAM

Do you know where I'd start looking to find a mobo with this setup?
