Default Need avg. game laptop

Hey, my girl friend is looking for a laptop with the price range of 1000-1200 MAX. Looking for 1gb ram, and decent HD space and an avg GFX card, nothing too fancy. As long as its not a integrated one. Any help for suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks

It does have shared memory but with 2GB it makes up for it.

HP makes good laptops, the graphics built into the dv6000 series are decent and you can get cards with dedicated memory (256mb I believe). Configure one of these to your needs

i found this one with a dedicated card. What do you guys think? Should I go with the previous 2gb one or the one i suggested. I rreally need to decide on one by tonight.

The Dell customized with 2gb, 120 gb HD,256gfx card,sound blaster. It came up to 1188.

Which one would you suggest, i really want my gf to get a good laptop
