Default N00by Questio: Is this good value?

I am able to get 2 sticks of used 512mb DDR 400 (2x 512mb) OCZ Ram with the Tan heaspreader. It has 2.5-3-3-7 latencies. Is it good value for $125 Australian Dollars?

it's alright. what is that premier series? its not that impressive second hand. its about $14 cheaper than nintek.com.au's price for new. but seeing as theres kind of a price gap between the premier range and next up the ladder it's not that bad.
