Default my lcd

i have a sony 19 inch lcd sdm-hs
do you think the lcd is not as clear as older box screens?
or mabe i dont adjust the screen right.
it is not bad but not as clear as box screen i had.

You have to run it on its native resolution. Turn the resolution up to 1280x1024 and it will be clear. Thats the #1 downside of LCDs is that you can't run lower resolutions and maintain image quality.

Box screen?? think you mean CRT.

And when i changed from CRT to lcd i definatly noticed a different, lcd much more brighter/clearer.

Most people don't know CRT and LCD, which is why when I am with my customers, I have to use the terms "thin flat screen", or "older, bigger bulky style screen" for them to understand it.
