Good to me, processer is a little low for nowadays (I don't think so but others will say it is) but it'll still play games great.

I agree, go with 3500+, and ur PSU is fine, if youre not planning to drastically OC. Itll let you overclock quite well tho. I OCed my P4 3.0 to 3.3 with a 350 watt, so your PSU is pretty good.

no need to get a more expensive cpu, you can oc those venices to 2.7-2.8ghz fairly easily. good setup otherwise.

Not anymore, consider 2.4 without extreme voltage good

Good setup except the PSU, I really wouldnt change anything.
