monitor problems

I sold my 19" last nite off craigslist. It was working fine when I unplugged it and now the guy is saying theres a yellow tint to it. Could it be his PC?

So I had the guy wiggle the cable and it changed colors to a greenish tint. Probably the cable huh?

i remember my friends' moniter was orange yellowish... i just tightened the adapter on the vga port and it was fixed.
