Default Is this mobo ok for a e5200?

Hi. Is this mobo ok for a e5200http://www.canadacomputers.com/index.php?do=ShowProduct&cmd=pd&pid=017027&cid=MB. 157 I am planning to use this for light gaming and internet. I would like to overclock a bit maybe up to 3gh, I've never overclock before so this is going to be my first.If this mobo is not a ok one, which one do you guys recommend?

yes i believe the g31's will do a 45nm wolfie, but i could be wrong. i know for shure the p43/45 support 45nm cpu's

As philbar71 said a g31 should work but if you want to overclock a Biostar or Gigabyte p43 would be a better choice.

Thanks for the replies guys. I bought this one and a e5200 today Canada Computers - Motherboards > Socket LGA775/T : Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L Socket 775 Intel P35 + ICH9 Dual-Channel DDR2 1200/1066/800/667/533Mhz GigaLAN 8-Channel Audio Support 1600Mhz FSB. I will put my 9600gt in this rig. I will buy the case and ps and memory in two weeks or so. Can I overclok a bit the e5200 with the stock fan and coolant?
