Default memory to buy

My IM845GL says it supports 200/266 MHz Non-ECC, Unbuffered DDR Synchronous DRAM (DDR SDRAM).

This means I have to buy PC2100 ram, right?
Does this mean I have to buy Non-ECC memory?
Does 200/266 MHz measure the speed of the memory bus or the speed of the memory?
My computer's FSB is 400mhz. So does that mean my memory is under utilizing my computer's FSB speed?

I'm also thinking of upgrading my CPU. If the answer to my last question is yes, then I shouldn't need to buy a CPU with a really fast FSB, right??
