Newegg.com - ASRock ALIVENF6G-VSTA AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 6100 or 6150SE / nForce 430 (Depend on the version) Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail
thats a good mobo that I plan on using for my media center build.

Newegg.com - ASRock ALIVENF6G-VSTA AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 6100 or 6150SE / nForce 430 (Depend on the version) Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail
thats a 430Watt, and it has 77% 5 star reviews, and its 77% out of 1400+ reviews, so its good.

its not exactly under $50... (price raise..)

Newegg.com - FSP Group (Fortron Source) AX450-PN ATX12V 450W Power Supply 110/240V NEMKO, TUV, CSA, IEC, UL, CE - Retail

but its a great PSU for that price..
