HP Compaq Presario Media Center SR2050NX (Pentium D 2.8 GHz, 1 GB RAM, 250 GB HDD) Specs. Desktops Specifications.

Appartenly it has a PCI-express x16. Get a HD 3850, 3870, or 8800GT.
I wonder if you could upgrade to a Pentium Dual Core a Core 2 Duo.

If you know what size his moniter is and his price range, i could be a little more specific on the videocard

I'd go with the HD3870 or 8800GT 512 as well but you'll need a new PSU.
