Default Looking to buy DVDROM drive

I am looking to purchase a DVDROM drive so I may install and play DVD based games. It must be compatable with a 40 pin IDE system, at least 8x DVD read, and 20 dollars or under.

Newegg.com - SONY Black 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM IDE DVD-ROM Drive Model DDU1615/B2s - OEM

It's OEM, so it doesn't come with the retail box, manual, or cables. Just to let you know.

Or if you want one with the retail box, manual, and cables:
Newegg.com - LITE-ON Black 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM IDE DVD-ROM Drive Model LH-16D1P-187 - Retail

80 wire cables still work with 40 pin drives. 80 pin cables only use 40 wires for actual data transfer. The other 40 are for shielding, which helps for faster transfer rates.
