Default laptop fan

is there any way to replace the cooling fan on a laptop. cause i am worried that my laptop is getting to hot and i dont want buy a cooling pad because its annoiyng to have them under the laptop.
any help appreciated

clean up the dust first use compresed air or better off open the case and clean it. dust is big fan of temperature.
