Default inexpensive build

I need to build a new computer for my dad. VERY light games, so I would imagine onboard graphics would suffice. Nothing major or anything. Mostly it will be word processing, printing, spreadsheets and the like. I have a few ideas, but I tend to lean towards overkill in most instances, so some help on builds would be appreciated!

I am putting XP that I already have on it. He has the monitor and printer, so all I would need is the tower. I only want to spend about 400 to 450 of his money, lol. THANKS!!
