Default Incoporating laptop procesor and ram into a cheap old model...

My dell inspiron 5150 recently died on me. I will sell the screen however rather than sell the processor P4 3.2 HT and RAM 512 333...I was considering buying some cheap laptop and then replacing the ram and processor. Any help on what to look for? Im having trouble determining which motherboards of the old laptops would be compatible with my processor. Thanks!

Would something with a P3 processor be compatible with my P4 processor? Which laptops that are a couple years old have the best video cards? How many ram slots does a laptop typically give you? (my last only had 2 :-()

Would something like this work?

Is it possible to upgrade a laptop video card?

No, it is NOT possible to upgrade a laptop's video card. Also, the P3 and P4 are totally incompatible pin-wise, so that is impossible.
