|  I what to upgrade to 8800GTS?
I was looking forward to upgrade my Video card from 7300GT to the 8800GTS or GT (i want to play crysis) and my power supply is only 400Wts my question is can my power supply handly 8800GT, GTS or regular 8800 nvidia Card?

No, you need to upgrade your PSU first.

2 Reasons why I say no,
A. your PSU... not good enough
B. your CPU would bottleneck it
