Default i just finished building my PC, but need HELP

i just finished building my PC, and put all the cars and drives in right place and i bought O/S (windows XP Pro) i jts wondring what proceders i have to take.
do i install my O/S first, or do i have to install anything before,like graphic card.

please tell me what procedure i should take.

you have to install Graphic card into motherboard first before you can do anything

Hmm should do this itself when booting from cd-rom.

Think it loads the ol' oak technology driver if i remember correclty.

All hardware, then software. If using silly SATA,you need the SATA driver to load Windows.
