Angry I cant get flash player 9 to work

Ive installed flash player 9 about 20 times and every time I get to youtube or something like that I can not play the video. When I install it says it installed successfully and I see the flash graphic.

I've had that problem before. I forget what i did to fix it, I think I ended up formatting lol but try uninstalling the ActiveX objects that correspond to flash player.

In internet explorer, click tools > internet options > settings > view objects and then delete the one's that have to do with flash player.
