How good is this biostar mobo?
It's micro ATX and its a socket 939 mobo i am thinking of pairing it with either a 64 3500, or a 64 3200. It is going to be for my new gaming comp. do you guys think this is a good motherboard? It got good reviews on newegg.

Looks goos to me.
4 gig od RAM supported, dual channel supported, SATA II, PCI-E x16, SATA RAID 0/1, and onboard graphics if you need them.
