Default How is this for a build?

I'm planning for a new build for my mom. The only thing she does uses is word, internet, Turbo Tax and the occassional youtube videos. I am planning a very basic build with ata hard drives and ddr2 and 479 socket celeron processor. These are the

Ram: parts.Newegg.com - CORSAIR ValueSelect 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

Case: Newegg.com - Athena Power CA-SWH01B60 Black Steel Pedestal Server Case With EPS-12V 600W dual fan power supply 8 External 5.25" Drive Bays - Server Chassis

Motherboard:Compuvest Corp.

For the PSU I have an Antec ATX 12v v2.0 it's not matx like the mobo but the pins should still fit if I'm not mistaken. Although I think the psu is a bit over the top for the rest of the system.

I already have the hd (160 gb ata 5200rpms)

What do you think of it?
