Default High density ram upgrade

I am trying to upgrade from 1gb of pc3200 ddr ram to 2gb. I found a good deal on ebay (2 512 sticks for 9.99 each), but the ram says it is high density 64x8 ram. My question is, how do I find out if my mobo can handle this density? I went to intel's site and did a few google searches and can't find anything.

My board:
Intel D865PERL

My current ram:
ULT30215 PC3200 400Mhz 512 MB DDR

RAM I am considering purchasing:
512MB PC3200 400MHZ 3200 DDR RAM MEMORY 400 512 DIMM 1G - eBay (item 250218259024 end time Feb-23-08 20:49:55 PST)

Will this work?

Sorry, I know some people don't like links, but I just thought it would be easier.
