Default Hi-Speed USB & USB2

Hi

I was wondering if Hi-Speed USB is synonymous with USB2

in other words if i amchecking to see if my laptop is USB2 compliant, if i find out that it does Hi-Speed USB is that good enough?

I'm pretty sure Hi-speed USB means USB 2.0

laptops are often like this. i can't actually tell you why though because it never made any sense to me either

actually my laptop and desktop has a similar listing with one USB2 reference and multiple USB references
