Default Hheeelllppp Pllzzz

When I cut my computer on it shows things that say: Safe Mode, Safe Mode with networking, Last Known something, and Start windows normally...no matter what i click on it comes right back up....what can i do?

So it ALWAYS comes up to the Windows boot menu, and when you select any of the options, it comes right back to that menu?

Could the HD be bad?

Yes it just keeps coming back to the Safe Mode thing...and i just bought a new Harddrive like a month ago.

Is SMART on? If not, turn it on, and see what it says.

What is SMART?..All i know is ..i cut my computer on and its just the Windows Menu....no matter what you click it goes right back to it

i had this problem on one of my pc's it was a phillips freeline pc the only prebuilt pc in my house and it was still under its 1 year manufacture gurante so the engineer was called out and straight away tole me i had a "duff disk" basicly my HDD was screwwed so i got a free replacement

SMART monitors your harddisks to make sure they work. It is a setting, normally under the "Advanced" tab, in BIOS.
