Help with Computer Build

Motherboard: I need a motherboard. I am not going to overclock or go SLI.

Ram: I need a good 1 GB Kit

Power supply: I need a recommendation for a power supply for this system.

If it doesn't match perfectly, you're dead in the water: 1.8 V 5-5-5-15 There is a very long list of reviews at Newegg about problems with P965 mobos that don't work with incorrect memory.
