Help with a budget build

Hey all, I am helping a guy who has around a $600 budget and needs the best computer he can get. Here is what I was thinking so far:

Motherboard: MSI K8N NEO4-F
CPU: AMD Athlon 3000 64-bit 939 socket Venice Core
Ram: 1 gig (2x512) DDR corsair valueselect
Video Card: eVGA 6600GT

Any thoughts? Still need a good Power Supply, not sure if this is the best MOBO for his needs. Thanks

i have a evga 6600gt. and a fortron 400w psu. there all brand new in box with seal. for both i can sell it to you for $150 shipped. let me know. thanks.
