Norcent is an unknown quantity at this point

Default graphics card temp is high!!!

My temp is 61ºC when playing games and 50ºC when idle!!!

It is an xfx geforce 6800 xtreme 256mb!!!

I was thinking about buying this:

I can't spend much cause i need a car and all that!!!

Im not sure about that card specifically, but in general those temps are not that high. Mine idles at higher than your load temps. GPU's are safer at higher temps than CPUs

61ºC load is good for an air-cooled 6800. GPU's run hotter than everything else in your PC. You shouldn't need to buy that aftermarket cooler unless you just want to. As long as it doesn't go over 80ºC, you have nothing to worry about. Although it can go higher safely, I don't recommend it.

it was alot lower when i got it 2 months ago though!!!

it was at about 36-40ºC and now its just too hot!!!

In video games it lags and it used to run smoothly when i first got it!!!

It's not too hot. It's just hotter. Go buy a can of compressed air and blow all of the dust out of the inside of your PC. Temperatures will drop drastically. I did it to mine Friday and my CPU went from 36-38ºC idle to 31-33ºC idle. The GPU changed even more.
