It doesn't have one, but you can always get a DVI to HDMI adapter if you wanted an HDMI port.

why does it says "Add full HDMI and DisplayPort capabilities and you've got more than a casual gaming experience".
AND
"2 x Dual Link DVI-I, 1 x HDTV"
It only has 2 DVI Ports and 1 S-Video

That 1 x HDTV part is probably referring to the s-video adapter it comes with. It's a s-video to 3 component adapter that hooks to an HDTV.
And if I can recall, when I bought an HD 3450 a while back, it came with a DVI to HDMI adapter. So that might come with it too.

Ill get a DVI lead tomorrow as looking to hook it up through the DVI to DVI not VGA to DVI
