What you should do is figuer out which brand of fan you are going to get, THEN find somewhere to buy a fan, not find a place then choose a fan....

I generally use newegg to research stuff then buy it in the UK I check all the UK sites aswell as they often have stuff that newegg has missed

TigerDirect.com Best Deals - Computer Parts, PC Components, Desktop Computers, Laptops, Notebooks is also not a bad place to buy stuff (if you're in usa). Stuff there is pretty cheep and good quality too.

if you live in the UK then ebuyer.com is very good you can get a LED fan for 88p
and they are not at all noisy
