Default Good/Bad Video Card brands?

Just curious, but I'm looking at something like a 6800gs or 7800gs, are there any brands to stay away from? I was considering BFG but I see NewEgg has a weekend sale on the eVGA 7800gs and probably going to buy that. Good or bad?

Thanks all! Should be the last of my video card ramblings.

Yeah, eVGA in my opinion is the best brand out there. They are having a presidents day sale, so you might want to check out their site, or just buy from Newegg.

I think I'll just go with this, unless anyone has heard anything bad about it.

I'm not willing to rebuild my PC at this time for PCIE and I think with how I game this card will end up lasting me a long time.

If you are willing to invest that much into your current system, then go for it.

Before I order the eVGA model, how bad is PNY?
http://www.compusa.com/products/prod...467&pfp=SEARCH
They have it locally so I could pick one up tonight, I'm not impatient, just be nice to do an easy return if I had any problems.

PNY ok or just order the eVGA?
