could u tell me if I would see an improvment over my 6600 not lookin for much there just a little bit. I am also going to add a cheap sound card not sure what yet, what do u think i am tryin to keep it cheap but get my computer movein a little faster cause i do alot of multitasking and my 3500 just dosn't seem to like to multitask that much

For the CPU good choice. For the GPU you won't see much of an improvement.

Yes you will see a big difference with that card instead.
