Default Fried PSU

Hey everyone, my friend just recently upgraded some new ram (1 gig), and fried his PSU while trying to install windows vista (lol). So I'm wondering, this is just an old P4, 1.6ghz computer... Would this PSU be suitable enough for the computer?

I know cheap PSU's are bad for the computer, but I don't need anything with a lot of power, I just need something that will run the computer well without any difficulties. Thanks!

Lol that's my power supply, i haven't had a problem with it for a year and a half, and I'm pumping my machine. So in other words, you'll have no problem.
