Default Floppy (drive A) is not seen by Windows

Ok..
I borrowed floppy drive from my friend, mainly because I want to flash BIOS of my computer.

I put it in, connected the power and floppy connectors.

Turn on my computer and loged into my account..

But Windows do not show that drive A is there..
And it also can't read any floppy disks..

Does anyone know what can be wrong?

Why this floppy drive doesn't working?
