First build problems

I just did my first build today, I've got everything connected and when I power up it does absolutely nothing!!!! Any ideas?

Specs:
CPU: Intel E6300 Core 2 Duo
Mobo: Asrock 775Dual-VSTA
Graphics: GeForce 7600GT 256MB
RAM: 2x512MB Corsair 667DDR2

Does the computer beep at you? If so how many beeps, it's important. If you don't have a speaker installed, put one in and see how many beeps, that'll help you greatly in getting to the root of the problem, in the mean time check over wires and stupid little things you may have missed or messed up.

Do the fans start? 115v if in US/Can? Which PSU do you have?

The fans work fine, I haven't been able to hook up a speaker yet to test tones. But a red LED in the front panel lights up immediately, BIOS isn't starting.

Try one stick of ram at a time.
