| the top and bottom pics are USB. the gnd wire goes to the right if you are looking at the top of the mobo with the I/O panel to the left. see page 2-29 of your motherboard manual. i think the 2nd from bottom is AC97 audio. see page 2-33 of your manual. you want to use HD audio if your case has both (mine does). it auto-senses a mic, AC97 does not. the 2nd from the top is firewire. see 2-30 of your manual. use the block-type "Q" connectors supplied with your mobo. they will make your life easier. good luck.

| oh shizzam! you the bomb! I actually bought this as open box. $82 shipped ![]() so just bare board, no q connectors/manual... after seeing your post I quickly went to the asus website, jackpot! they do have the manual for download! thanks for clearing up which wires is which ![]() |
