my 7800 gt is in the mail, i was wondering other than the actual installation how will i update everything on my comp or will it be all self explanitory???

if you were using an ATI card before, it can be tricky. You gotta get rid of ALL the ati drivers and stuff, otherwise you'll have problems. I had to reformat mine when i switched from an ATI 9600 to a 6600GT

it was an msi 6200

Just download the latest drivers from Nvidia's website and you should be fine.
