Default enough power for graphic card?

I'm buying a graphic card that says a minimum requirement of 250W, and I looked in the specifications of my computer. It says 260W maximum. Should I buy a more powerful power supply, or will that be enough to support the graphic card.

First of all tell us 3 things.

1: What kind of video card is it?
2: What kind of power supply is it?
3: how much ampage is on the 12v rails? (check the sticker on the side of the power supply under 12v)

It is a GeForce FX 5500 256MB PCI, and the power supply came with the computer. I also cannot find any sticker on the power supply. It only shows a warning sticker.
