Default Dual Monitors

I have an ATI Radeon 9550 graphics card installed in my pc and am wanting to add a second monitor. The card has two outputs but one is vga (which my monitor is plugged into) and the other is dvi.
I'm planning on using my old crt monitor which is also vga along with my new lcd monitor and am wondering if theres a dvi to vga adapter and wether this will actually work as i dont know if the card is made for two outputs or wether the two are for more choice.

A DVI to VGA adaptor will work just fine. You will have to go into the display properties and adjust them for dual screen (more than likely) but other than that it should work.
