Default Dell case

If I have an old crappy Dell that doesn't work (don't we all) can I buy another mobo and put it in that case?

No, holes won't match. Or so I've heard.

Default Re: Dell case

Probably, but why would you? Unless its a desktop model, its going to be really cramped and not worth the effort. Most of the parts dell uses are proprietary and dont work well with run of the mill parts. I know, i had to deal with dells exclusively for 3.5 years at my old job.

just compare a mobo you have now with the broken one in the dell and experiment.
