creating a boot diskette

how do you create a boot diskette??? what has to be on it? im just confused about how to make one and actually how to use it. a detailed description would be much appreciated

go to http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm and select the OS. And dont forget to put a floppy disk into the drive.
