Default CPU revisions and motherboard compatibility

I have an AMD Athlon 64 3200+ socket 939 processor, and I wanna get an Asus A8N-VM motherboard, but im concerned. My processor is a rev. E6, and on the Asus CPU compatibility chart it says that the A8N-VM only supports 3800's up to rev. E3. So will my processor still work with that motherboard?
